Shipping Worldwide

The Bunheads is based in the UK; however, we do currently ship our costumes and accessories worldwide.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your parcel will likely be subject to a customs fee to import it into your country.  Our courier will email the invoice to you which must be paid within 5 days to release the parcel. It may arrive in a 'spam' or 'junk' inbox.

If the customs charge is not paid, your parcel will be returned to us.

An additional shipping charge will then need to be paid for us to re-ship your parcel.  Should you wish to cancel the order, your initial postage fee and cancellation fee will not be refunded.

If we re-ship the parcel and it is returned to us twice, it will not be eligible for any refund.
