Tutus should always be stored flat, away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.

We don't yet make tutu bags. If you're looking to order one then we can let you know the dimensions of your tutu as it's being made - just ask and we will measure it up for you.

Most of our costumes with straps are sent with them attached at the front and loose at the back. This is to allow you to tack them in a position which is comfortable for your dancer. It also allows you to let them out as they grow. Please do not tie them as a halter neck.

Don't worry. Now and again, if the tutu slips in the box, it can get a little crease in the frill. This is not a problem - frills regularly have creases as they're being made and they can always be flattened out. Just leave them over night with a book or something flat over the crease and it will go back to straight. It may need a press with a cool iron and no steam. Try not to over iron your tutu as this will make the net soft.

If your tutu arrives and it's not right for you then don't panic. There might be a possibility that it can be altered depending on the alteration needed. Do ensure, especially with tutus, that they are pushed up fully from underneath - sometimes they appear too short if some of the fabric is trapped when they're just pulled up. We are more than happy to help, just drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We know that some people get a bit muddled with measurements or the costume isn't fitting as they expected so if you don't want to keep your costume, that's absolutely fine! You can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Returned costumes must be in their original condition. Costumes which have been worn, damaged, altered, adjusted or customised cannot be accepted for a return. A refund will be issued once the costume arrived back with us. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
